Hudson's 9th Birthday Party

 Were has time gone, he is growing up so fast I thought him turning 8 was weird now he is 9!! Hudson is such a nice big brother and is so caring for everyone's feelings around him. He is really into drawing cars and dragons right now and is pretty talented. We sure love you Hudson and our so grateful that you were born into our family!

 Travis played a mean trick on Hudson and wrapped his iphone box up. Hudson was so excited then realized there was no phone!! Yeah right buddy! There was a five dollar bill in there and that made him happy enough!

 We celebrated Travis graduation and Hudson's Birthday the same day Both boys got a new watch from Grandma Ging and Papa Jed.

 Grandma Lil bought some cute vans for our baby! Tea wishes they fit her, she is still such a shoe girl, I wonder where she gets that?....Her dad !!

 Hudson wanted a Mine Craft cake this year, with all the packing and getting ready to move he was nice and let me do cupcakes this year to make my life easier!

On the morning of Travis Graduation Parley and Erica had a ultrasound to find out what they were having. They had the tech write it in an envelope and brought it to the party. We sprayed them with blue silly string to find out what it was. It was a way fun way to find out! We are so excited to have another nephew and cousin!

Remy's Kindergarten Graduation

 Remy and his best buddy Jared. At the beginning of the year I asked him who his friends were and he told me his best buddy was the boy with the gold teeth! It was so funny and thankfully after a few days of school he could remember his name. Remy also informed me during the year that he wasn't going to brush his teeth so he could have gold teeth like Jared!!

 Remy's Teacher Miss Keller, she was such an awesome teacher. We will miss her, Remy told me one day "my teacher has golden hair"

 Miss Julie was there TA this year and Remy couldn't remember her name the first few weeks so he would call her the milk lady since she's the one that would bring the milk in for snack time.

 I can't believe that he is growing up so fast and is going to be in first grade next year.

The Windows at the Arches

My Good friend Celeste and her girls came to visit us for a few days, on there way home we went with them to Moab and went on a little hike called The Windows. Its a great hike for kids and has 3 arches. I love the red rock!!

 Celeste was nice to give Tea a break from walking for a little bit.

 Poor Remy got a bad bloody nose from taking a soccer ball in the face

 The boys have been playing in the bushes, its there little hideout. Travis went out to take a picture and they wanted to pretend like they were sleeping.

 Tea worked hard to save up her money to buy a Barbie, she was pretty excited.

 Aunt Bethany and Grandma Lil did a Triathlon and we went to cheer them on at the finish line. They did awesome.

 Yeah we are all done!! Travis had his graduation and it was fun to celebrate after with family!

 Memorial day, We went over to the cemetery on Sunday to put flowers on some of our family's graves. It was so nice to see all the flowers and flags up for those that severed our country.

 Hudson's third grade had a talent show at the end of the year, he wanted to tell jokes. It was fun to see all the kids cheer each other on.

 We went to the splash pad with some friends before we moved. It is always the hardest part about moving, we made some great friends while we were in Provo. We will miss them!

Grandpa Thomas

Grandpa Thomas passed away on Monday, May 5, 2014.  He had pneumonia and was in the hospital. The Dr. came in on Sunday and told him that he was not going to get better and there only option was to put him on a breathing machine. He didn't want to have to do that and either did the family. I am so grateful that we were able to make it to the hospital to say our good byes and he was still all there mentally. I am so glad that he didn't have to be sick and suffer for a long time. I am so grateful for the plan of salvation and that we can be with him again. It was nice to know that he would be reunited with Grandma and other family members that have passed away. The funeral was very nice and it was nice to be surrounded by all the family.

"Uncle Bill"

Our Family Patriarch, Brother, Friend, and Hero left us to rejoin his sweetheart, the love of his life, on Monday, May 5, 2014. He passed away comfortably with his family by his side, from a sudden bout of pneumonia. William Brady Thomas was born on August 22, 1928 in Sandy, Utah to Byron Gray and Dora Brady Thomas.

It is difficult for us to think of our father without also thinking of our mother. Our parents demonstrated perseverance, honesty, integrity, and a work ethic that has defined and shaped each and every one of us to live our lives to be better than them. Their example of unconditional celestial love set a bar that we strive to eventually reach. Their love of our Savior and commitment to living a righteous life provides a never ending example of the people we ought to be. Their work of continuous compassionate service encourages us to carry on their legacy. In addition they taught us to have fun, and find joy in every day.

Our father was a beacon of encouragement, acceptance, inspiration, and provided constant mentoring to each and every one of us. He loved us each unconditionally, even in those moments when we received a swift kick in the pants, as needed. If you were to look up the definition of "A Real Man," you would find a photo of our father and his name. Our father lived his life providing Christ-like unconditional love and service while being a sentinel for his family. He leaves behind a phenomenal family legacy of 98 (with three on the way) to live up to. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in many Ward and Stake callings, as Teacher, Bishop, Stake Presidency Counselor, and Patriarch. Bill served in the United States Navy during WWII. Dad was a proud organ donor. Through his service he has been a positive influence to many.

He is survived by his children, Byron (Sharlene), MI; Mark (Carolyn) currently serving a mission in South Africa; Kelly (Teri), TX; Melanie (Brad) Dansie, UT; Lindsay (Sylvia), UT; Cindy (Phil) Matthews, UT; 49 grandchildren, and 37 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Russell Byron (Susan), UT. Preceded in death by his parents; his sweetheart Elise Poor; his brother Eugene Brady; son Danny Neil; and grandson Chaz Mark.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sandy Utah Hillcrest Stake Center, located at 8485 S. 1000 E., Sandy, UT. Friends may call at the same address on Friday, May 9th from 6:00-8:00 p.m., and from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to the service. Interment, Herriman City Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Goff Mortuary located at 8090 S. State St., Midvale, UT.
